The picture taken by western girls have a message there, I believe everyone already knew.

If you say he's selfish, you are total wrong. You have to learn about
Laos PDR's traffic law first before you're calling him a selfish. We don't
know if Laos law is required only the adult to wear head protection, not
require the kids when they ride a bike or motorcycle with their parents.
You even don't know who he is, may be he's a son, a grand son or cousin
of one of top rank Laos government, you never know. I used to be a son of
top rank Royal Laos government before Laos PDR, and drive a motorcycle
and a car without permit or driver license. The traffic police was always let
me go free whenever they checked the permit or driver license on any street
in the capital Vientiane, because they knew me relate to one of their boss.

You should know " SAIN " is over top of Laos law since the law was born in
Laos, what ever Laos PDR or Royal of Laos are same F*u*C*K*I*N*G

He might be a son or related to one of the top rang official ?

LOL , I highly doubted & am I suppose to be impress to hear that you have connections with those top rank officials and that you can get away with  laws huh!

You are only exposing your-self like a dumb @SS who spilled the beans about how corrupted & power abusive of  those top rank officials in Laos who happens to be your relative also.

Even thought the law does not required kids to wear a helmet when they are riding on a motor bike with their parent, it  definitely shows that the safety of Lao children is being neglected by their governments. This is very shameful & believe me this is not the only one that I saw, there were many, many adults in Laos riding on a motor bike with kids not wearing any kind of protection for their head only the adults were the one who's wearing the helmet. I don't think law makers in Laos realize that children are more vulnerable to injuries than adults & the risk of fatality in car or motor bike accident is much more higher than adults if they are not properly protected.
You & I know well that the traffic rules in Laos is not well organize with many crazy drives who are ignorance of the laws driving on the streets.

Worst of all some can't even drive & bought driver license instead of test for it!
Law or not, no parents should let the law be main decision making for the well being and your child's life!

Re-read your comments on red again before you calling me
a dumb @ss mister. You are now just showing the dumber
and dumber @ss yourself, because you blame Laos PDR law
as same as I did.

Mister dumber and dumber, let me ask you some sample questions
to see how your answer came out. If you couldn't do it just forget
about that.

How did you know Lao people bought their driver licenses instead
of take the test to earn them?

How come Lao people could buy their permit or driver license, and
why?

Who do they buy from?

Check out my second sentence, what did I talk about? Laos PDR
laws right?  There are not different from your comments that you
talked about buying driver license instead of taking the test to
earn those.  You are now blaming Laos laws also that's why you
are dumber and dumber @SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS yourself.

It must be from your own experience  LOSER!!! biggrinbiggrinbiggrinbiggrinbiggrinbiggrinbiggrin

You, on the other hand who needed to re-read what I wrote veryyyy care fully to really fully understand my criticism about Lao PDR law that seems to forgotten about the safety of Lao children by not making it mandatory for every one  not only the adults  to wear  helmet when they are on a motor bike.
Another word I knew about the law in Laos o.k " Dick Head"!!

How come Lao people could buy their permit or driver license, and

Only a dumb dick head like you would ask the question that you already knew the answer for it!!dohdohdoh

If you say he's selfish, you are total wrong. You have to learn about
Laos PDR's traffic law first before you're calling him a selfish. We don't
know if Laos law is required only the adult to wear head protection, not
require the kids when they ride a bike or motorcycle with their parents.

Law or not, no parents should let the law be a main decision making for the well being of your child's life!

S*H*I*T.
