Just kidding, this is what I had always complain to Ka Suang Yotha the ways they layout the blueprint for the towns, cities and provincial public roads through out the country .. you know what's wrong with the public Roads in our country ? There's no Public Sew'er , You know, the underground drain for water and waste. that's why when moon soon season come and some of the towns flood so bad and Mosquitos all over the places. So the only places that I saw they put the Public Sewer was at Kum Watt Chunh and around the Hong Nang Kao because the Japanese did it and design it too... I don't kno they the Japanese might have done it somewhere around Kumpheang Nakorn Vieng Chunh...

Worsen than last 40 years.
The government is only responsible for the main road, not the one behind somebody's backyard. I used to live in this village which is located in KM5 from Vientiane to Don Noun. There are a lot of upper middle class people living in this area, but they don't want spend any Kip to rebuild this small road. Too bad, they are selfish and they have to live like that.
