I am just curious about the education in Laos, would that be ok if we can start learning English as a Second Language in Laos from the first grade? I know Phillipino did, so maybe might be good future for our Kids once they grow up. So they can go work for another country or private foregner company that require english speaking.
I think there will be some valunteer from western country willing to help us to bring up some more educational level for the Laos people.
My points: I think is better to start at your youngest age, because memory is in development and once you reach another age and it will be very good utilization.
