Ok! here's how to do:

Step 1: when you click on "start new topic" you will
see the screen that allow you to write topic and content.

Step 2: The place you write content for example:

Top three countries investing in Laos

Click here to read (you want people to click on this words)


Step 3: You highlight "Click here to read"
when you highlight the chain on the top bar
will light up.

Click on the chain, it wil open new window for
you. There you can past the URL you want
people to read there, then click OK.

Note: Where is the "chain" to paste URL?
It's in second row under "Font size" "Font family" row,
same row to post picture and video.
