Nah... I think the man(Khontai) just cut it off from the Thai manager section and put it in here (Pasalao section) that's all. But don't get me wrong, he might have gone to the ASEAN Submit with his PDR' s bosses......... this lady traffic-Cop, her Photo show all over the world while Vietnam held the Submit...
