Under construction or not, Vientiane is always the same, trucks carry dirts in the stripes of their tyres laid red mud on the streets but the concerned authorities did nothing cos' those trucks belong to one of their boss or to their uncles, their fathers or their acquaintances, not srurprised that they did nothing, and the street remain dirty for ever ! Never mind ! The Vientiane city Governor is in his air conditionned office, when he goes back home his car is sealed from dust and sound so he sees and hears nothing...Sad ! Perhaps he know it well but didn't want of offending his closed friends who own the construction enterprises who always com to his own birth day's , birth day of his wife and children and on every even they always offered expensive presents ... So Never mind ! Nam pheung heua Seua pheung par ! ! ! and Vientiane dwellers have to sufffer the consequences...Vientiane is nice !
