That is not true! As far as I know, private or public school, they all have certain regulation, for students' uniforms. I am very sure that every private school has very nice and trendy uniform. You are entirely WRONG that you said, ‘they can do whatever they want...’.

I have been studying in Australia for more than three years now, you have to see university students here; they do not care about uniform in what soever. Girls can come to the Uni with pair of flippers and real shorts which is very easy for men to get
crack a fat. Boys at Uni also come to the class with shorts and singlets. However, these things are not applied for Asian students here.

So, I think, higher education students in our country is much more polite than here, mate!

First year of Laos PDR were born, the government ordered
to punish the youngsters who's wearing mini skirt, tight shirt
and bell bottom by arrested them and sent to study the new
direction of socialist or communists politics at 3 Islands names
as Done Thao, Done Nang and Done Ling. The polices and Kong
went to arrest those youngsters at school without letting their
parents know what's going on to their love one.

Now, freedom of wearing is came back to the youngsters in Laos,
just leave those girls alone.

Look forward, not backward:Laos has never thought of having casino before, now we changed.

Freedom is for all: everyone wants freedom of express and I am sure Lao government supports that too, but it has to be ethical, moral and constructive ways. Remember, everyone has freedom as much as it could be and as far as it could go, but that freedom has to stop where others’ freedom begin. Meaning, if your freedom causes harm, offence and makes others feel uncomfortable; then that freedom should not be in practiced.
