   ນີ້ລະໜາ ຖ້າຄົນລາວເຮົາຈະເປັນຄົນທີ່ບໍ່ມີນິໃສໂຫດຫ້ຽມໄຮ້ມະນຸດຊະທຳຂະໜາດນັ້ນ ເພາະເຫັນຊີວິດຄົນບໍ່ມີຄຸນຄ່າ ເຊິ່ງເປັນການກະທຳທີ່ໄດ້ຍິນຂ່າວແຕ່ຢູ່ທາງບ້ານເພິ່ນ ບ້ານເຮົາບໍ່ເຄີຍມີ.

Well, Lao police made mistake in the first place anyway. Why couldn't they find the gun from this Thai person coming across border to Laos? I meant none of Lao civilians are allowed to carry the gun except those who has business or officials.

My dad has a gun as he is an official and so does my older brother as he is an army, in fact he has two of them.

I am wondering why Lao custom office could not check this man with the weapon entering Laos...???

he could buy in Laos, do you think he could take a gun passed the scanning ? 2nd this gunman must have acrossed the border illegally by taking a boat on the mekong.
