He took over 7 years to practice Lung Prabang's accent speaking before he takes over the throne after his FAKE father SISAVANVONG passed away. From 1960 to 1967 he had never address the Nation, his first addressing was 1968 during anniversary of his Royal army in Vientiane. His speach was diffical to undertand because he spok incorrect Luang Prabang accent.
