 1# Number 3 would be my priority, for me, i have to build a strong foundation first if you don't, you can have a 200-300 stories high building without a strong foundation that building is nothing.. hope you all understand what i'm trying to say.  2# Number 2, go read the Japanese press why their people live for so long, no need to explain.. last but notleast, i would'nt worry too much about number 3, if we're cpmplete 2 and 3 and then we all st for Number1...

There are 1.5 million student of 2008-09 school year, they are all included
from 1st grade to high school and college entire Laos and oversea.

You take 1.5 million divide by 6 million then multiply by 100, you will see the
real numbers of percentage.

1,500.000 / 6,000.000 X 100 = 25%

Laos PDR is better then old Laos, there was about 5.5% educated people
of 3 million.
