ISIS demand Japanese government to pay 200 millions dollars
for the return of the 2 Japanese journalists or they will be beheaded .
One of the hostage had been beheaded because the Japanese
government refused to pay ISIS the ransom money. That is the way
ISIS made money by taking over the city and robbing the bank , kidnapping
the business people demand the ransom money , stealing from the stores
and shops .....etc...
It seems to be the same Arab English citizen who executed
the other hostages.
